Nikki Blanch is a community development specialist with a history of working with culturally diverse communities in place based projects.

Nikki loves connecting people through creative, co-designed programs that have community wellbeing at the heart of design and delivery.

Harris Ryan has worked as a chef in some of the biggest names of the hospitality industry spanning a twenty year career.

However, it was his experience as Team Leader/Executive Chef working with women from migrant and refugee backgrounds in a post COVID-19 response program (Mamma’s Kitchen) where he really found his true vocation in community development and food security support management.
