“Meals With Impact has been providing our Melbourne office
team with a monthly healthy lunch since February 2023, as part of our Wellness at Work program. Each month, our team has the option to select one of Meals with Impact’s delicious and nutritious lunch options, which are made fresh and delivered to our office. The menu provides for all dietary requirements, ensuring an inclusive option for everyone.
Our team loves knowing that our monthly lunch is making a positive difference to our local community and supporting women from migrant
and refugee backgrounds to find employment. Since Meals With Impact moved into its dedicated café on Collins Street, we have made two visits to have lunch on site. Our team has loved the opportunity to meet the women who prepare the meals in person and appreciated the opportunity to pass on their thanks directly. We have also invited Meals With Impact to attend our office for a ‘Lunch & Learn’ session to educate our employees about the great work the organisation does in the community and learn how our support is making a difference to communities in need.
